Private personal training is available in Dublin.

The format of the work depends on the individual and what we are working towards.

Options include:

  • 1-on-1s in Repatterning Stretching.
  • Strength and Power
  • Integrated Strength and Flexibility work

Sessions are generally 60 minutes.
